Parkades, sinkholes, manholes, tunnels and buildings are a few of many structures that can be found below grade. Structures found below ground can have a variety of issues not present above grade. Moisture migration and large cracking are two of the biggest concerns that can be found in structures underground. V-Cal has been involved with many projects including underground structures.

Sink holes and voids sometimes occur due to the natural erosion and loss of soil in rock formations. Broken utility lines, improper de-watering and uncontrolled soil loss during pipeline installations are other causes. Prime Flex 985 is used to fill exposed voids below grade or structures. In instances where underlying soils are poorly consolidated. V-Cal is experienced in the evaluation of these site conditions, the products and procedures required to obtain long lasting results.
